Who you’re dealing with.
Integrated Power Systems (IPS) is a critical power solutions provider. Most of our work starts at the drawing board with a consulting engineer and ends years later with a service call to the same people. In between, we supply the equipment and carry the order from purchase to commissioning.
How we’re built.
Over thirty years in critical power has bought us two things: manufacturers who take our calls, and consulting engineers who write us into their specifications.
The people carry the judgment: they know the equipment, the factories and the failure modes because they have lived through them. The tools carry the volume, built here so that every date and every detail on every order is visible to the person responsible. Neither works without the other.
We do not keep everything on a shelf, and not every job is ours. If yours is outside what we do, a lighting package or a conduit run, we will say so and point you to someone good.
IPS is privately held, and run by people who have spent their careers here.
Application support
People who have spent their careers in critical power.
Field service
Technicians factory trained on the equipment they commission.
The phone
Someone who knows the equipment answers the main number. No attendant, no menu.
The order
One owner per order, in tools built here.
Who you’ll work with.
An order here passes through a few hands, and they all sit within earshot of each other: application support, project management and service, working in tools built for the job. Here is what each one does for you.
Application support
Reads the drawings before anything is priced. Sizes and selects for the load the equipment will carry, and when the specified product will not suit the application or will not ship in the time the job has, brings the alternative with the case for it.
Send the one-line and the spec section.Project management
One owner per order, from release to commissioning. They can see every open item on your order at once, in tools we built for running orders, and so can the people who cover for them.
One name on the confirmation, and their direct line.Service
Factory trained on the equipment they commission. The people who commissioned the system are the people who answer for it, at any hour. A service report reads as a report, not an invoice.
Service emergencies, any hour: (888) 248-8552.The tools
Built here, for running orders. Every date and every detail is visible to the person responsible, so nothing about your order depends on someone remembering.
Not a portal. A way of working. What we carry, and who builds it.
Every manufacturer here was chosen for a reason, and we know their factories: which plant builds what, what is in allocation, and what a quoted lead time rests on. The ten families they cover, and the ranges we work in, are on Our scope.

Start small.
Most of what we do starts as a small question: will this fit, what would it take to get it approved, has anyone done this before. Ask it here. You will get a straight answer, and the rest can follow whenever you are ready.
